Introducing...... (drum roll please)..... Mr. & Mrs. LaMere!!

Wow. That about sums up this wedding. I was so honored & blessed to be chosen to photograph this amazing occasion! I have known Jamie since we were tiny tots! In a way, you could say we're family (she's my half sister's other half sister so we're not technically related, but we like to say we are). She is one of the most beautiful, intelligent, sweetest, happiest women I have ever known. She has this amazing ability to stay strong through the hardest of & saddest of disasters & hold every one else up around her along the way. She has a heart of gold, a smile that could make the grumpiest man blush & such an infectious laughter & addictive personality. She is one of my dearest & closest friends & I was so excited to not only share her big day with her, but to capture her memories for her & her wonderful husband, Mike.

Ok, ok, let's not leave out Mike. From the moment he came into Jamie's life he has shown what an absolute perfect match he is for her. Standing out in moments where she needed him most & accepting all of her crazy friends & family (let's face it guys, we're all wild) as if they were his own. From the moment I first met him, he was immediately asking to make plans to hang out & go to dinner any time I was able to make it from VA to FL for a visit. He is Jamie's perfectly matched other half & I'm so so happy that they were able to find each other....

And oh wow what a wedding!! A beach on Anna Maria Island, FL, ceremony just before sunset, reception into the gorgeous evening. The weather was perfect, the ambiance was nothing but pure happiness, and everything was gorgeous!! So, here are a few of my favorites from their perfect day! Jamie & Mike- I love you both & am so happy for you! I am so grateful you chose me to photograph your day- I hope I was able to get everything you imagined!!

Sadly, Jamie's father passed in 2008, but her oldest nephew, Josh gladly escorted her down the aisle

Their first dance was Dirty Dancing's "The Time of My Life" it was so cute & their facial expressions were priceless!

How sweet are these of Mike & his mama!?
You can almost feel the pride & love she has for her grandson

A sweet memorial frame for Jamie's sister, Michelle & candle for her father, Howard
